Laura Rosen Apostolou

Laura joins Westchester Reform Temple as the Philanthropy Director with over 15 years of experience in fundraising, special events, and community engagement. In her role, Laura oversees annual giving, donor stewardship, planned giving, special events, and philanthropic strategy, partnering with clergy, staff, and volunteer leadership to strengthen a culture of generosity throughout the WRT community. 
Most recently, she held positions at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, the 92nd Street Y Nursery School, and the Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA).  Laura graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Legal Studies and earned a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Manhattanville College. 
 
Having grown up at WRT, Laura is especially proud to return to the community that helped shape her and to serve it now professionally.
