Inclusion at WRT

WRT prides itself on being an inclusive community, where all of our congregants feel welcome and accepted for who they are. We welcome and value the diversity of our members’ abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, skin colors, family structures, and world views, and strive to create a culture of respect and acceptance, and a space where members are enriched by each other’s participation in our community.

As a recipient of the North American Award for Outstanding Inclusion of People with Disabilities, we also make sure that:

  • Worship services are fully accessible.
  • Our building and bima are wheelchair accessible and our sanctuary is equipped with assistive listening devices and large print prayer books.
  • ASL interpretation is available for any service upon request.
  • Remote viewing of most worship services is available via webcasting from our website.

If you need any additional accommodations to participate in a temple program, please contact Cantor Amanda Kleinman.
