Please join Men of Reform Judaism for an extraordinary webinar with Anat Hoffman, Executive Director of the Israel Religious Action Center (IRAC) and Chair of the Board of Women of the Wall, and Advocate Orly Erez-Likhovski, Director of IRAC. The speakers will present and discuss the question asked “is the Israeli Government walking away from the agreement on an egalitarian prayer space at the Kotel?”

Speakers:

Anat Hoffman, an Israeli born in Jerusalem, serves as the Executive Director of the Israel Religious Action Center (IRAC) since 2002. Her position at IRAC places her at the forefront of the effort to advance religious pluralism in the State of Israel. As Executive Director of IRAC, Anat has fought (and won) recognition of Reform and Conservative conversions by the state; and led the struggle against gender segregation in the public domain, including on public buses, airplanes, and a national radio station.

Orly Erez-Likhovski graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University. After clerking at the Israeli Supreme Court, she studied for a master’s degree in law at Columbia University, New York, focusing on human rights. Orly is a member of both the Israeli and the New York bar. In November 2021, Orly became the Director of the Israel Religious Action Center.
