On Thursday, May 9, 2024, we celebrated 70 years of WRT‘s history while shining a bright light on our dynamic future. Over 500 congregants, friends, and sponsors attended the celebration which showcased WRT‘s history through Broadway music and personal antidotes from members spanning seven decades.
In addition to WRT‘s anniversary celebration, we raised funds to help rebuild Kibbutz Be’eri. Kibbutz Be’eri, a community near the Gaza border, suffered devastating loss of life and property on October 7, 2023. The Be’eri community demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination to rebuild throughout this period of terrible trauma.
