Cantor Danielle Rodnizki, originally from Clearwater, FL, is a proud alumna and ordinee of the Debbie Friedman School of Sacred Music at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. In 2013, she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Washington University in St. Louis with a BA in Spanish (Latin American Literature) and Psychology. She has been songleading and worship-leading for over fifteen years, and she is honored to have sung with camps, synagogues, and regional youth groups across the United States. Each such experience has energized her, consistently moved by the holy spark created whenever people sing together in community.
Cantor Rodnizki is passionate about crafting innovative and intentional prayer experiences, and she is grateful to have explored this topic in her studies at HUC-JIR, as well as through meaningful internship experiences, most recently as the Cantorial Intern at Central Synagogue (New York, NY). She is thrilled to continue spending time in the “prayground” of liturgical creativity, now with the incredible clergy team of Westchester Reform Temple in her role as Assistant Cantor.
